Spring House Tour

Celebrate Dedham’s rich architectural history with a self-guided walking tour of five elegant homes in one of Dedham’s historic neighborhoods. This year’s tour will visit five early 19th century homes. The homes will showcase contemporary living in a historic house. The tour also includes the Fairbanks House, the oldest timber frame house in New England. The tour will take place rain or shine. We welcome children age ten or older.
Refreshments and tea will be served along the way. Your tickets may be picked up the day of the Tour at The Dedham Historical Society, 612 High Street; beginning at 11:30 am. These fabulous houses may be viewed from noon until 4 pm.

The Dedham Historical Society is a charitable, educational institution which was formed in 1859 for the purposes of collecting and preserving records, artifacts and traditions of Dedham. It works within the community to establish a greater sense of awareness and appreciation for its history, contributing personages, architectural assets, natural beauty and cultural heritage.
